Sora Ventures has launched a $150 million fund to promote Bitcoin-centric financial strategies for public companies in Asia, aiming to replicate MicroStrategy's model. The fund targets companies on major stock exchanges in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, and South Korea, with Metaplanet as the first successful case. The strategy involves tailoring financial management to each country's regulatory environment, addressing challenges like Japan's taxation on unrealized Bitcoin gains. Jason Fang, managing partner of Sora Ventures, plans to expand the program to more companies, highlighting the benefits of a networked approach for improving operations and financials.
