Tim Hawkins, a spokesperson for the U.S. Central Command, stated that there is currently “no action update” following President Trump’s announcement ending the ceasefire with Iran. On the same day, Trump posted on a social media platform stating that the U.S. has clearly informed Iran that “the ceasefire has ended.”
When asked whether the end of the ceasefire means U.S. forces will resume aerial bombing, Hawkins said he would not predict future operations. However, he noted that U.S. forces stationed in the region remain “vigilant, lethal, and ready to execute operations directed by the Commander-in-Chief.” (CCTV News)[Odaily]
