Odaily Planet Daily News: Samson Mow, CEO of JAN3 and a Bitcoin advocate, has recently reignited discussions regarding the potential digital asset reserves of the U.S. government. Mow insists that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that should be considered for such reserves. He also criticized Ripple and $XRP, stating that they are unworthy of such recognition.
He posted on X, saying, "Adding any crypto asset other than Bitcoin to the digital asset reserves is essentially giving taxpayer money to companies and individuals that create tokens out of thin air."
Mow reiterated that $XRP and other altcoins are unsuitable as reserve assets. He has consistently believed that the companies behind these tokens have been creating large amounts of token supply with minimal effort, thereby undermining the overall credibility of the cryptocurrency market.
