Deribit, a leading digital asset options trading platform, has received strategic investment offers from multiple parties, according to CEO Luuk Strijers. Despite this interest, Deribit is not planning to sell via a public listing. The company has appointed FT Partners as a general advisory and potential secondary market transaction advisor. Deribit's valuation is estimated to be between $40 billion and $50 billion or higher. Kraken had considered acquiring Deribit but did not submit a bid.
