According to on-chain data analyst @ai_9684xtpa, Tether transferred 632 million USDT to Cumberland DRW in the past 13 hours. Over the last three days, the total amount of USDT transferred from Tether Treasury to DWR has reached 1.18 billion USDT. 

It is reported that Cumberland DRW is one of Binance's key market makers, with approximately 79% of the USDT issued to Cumberland being sent directly to Binance.
