OSL Group announced that it will acquire an 81.38% stake in the Japanese compliant cryptocurrency exchange CoinBest.

According to Foresight News, Hong Kong listed company OSL Group Limited (863.HK) (collectively referred to as "OSL Group" along with its subsidiaries) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 81.38% equity in CoinBest K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "CoinBest"), a cryptocurrency trading service provider licensed by the Financial Services Agency of Japan (FSA). The acquisition will be conducted through OSL Group Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary OSL Investment (Japan) Limited, and is expected to be completed by the end of next year, subject to the satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions precedent outlined in the share purchase agreement.
