Pencils Protocol is a next-generation decentralized platform built on Scroll’s zero-knowledge technology. It offers a range of DeFi solutions, including auction services for blockchain-native assets and Real-World Assets (RWAs), yield aggregation, and staking mechanisms. The platform aims to become the primary  TVL gateway for the Scroll ecosystem by enhancing the scalability and privacy of DeFi services through innovative vault products and community-driven incentives.

The protocol's core products include unified yield aggregation services, enhanced liquidity pools, and market-neutral strategies. It also features a Launchpad for new project launches and a robust staking system. Pencils Protocol integrates on-chain loyalty programs and physical goods through its shop, positioning itself as a holistic solution for diverse DeFi needs.

In 2024, Pencils Protocol plans to expand its offerings with new product lines, the launch of a staking points system, and partnerships with over 100 projects to drive community engagement and platform growth. The roadmap also includes the introduction of multi-chain points transactions and advanced tools to support Web3 equity cards and customized launch products.
