Gustavo Tremel Do Valle Pereira is the Co-Founder, CEO at VAAS. Gustavo is the co-founder and Former CEO of Decora, which he started from his college room in 2012 with Paulo Orione. During the company’s early years, Gustavo acted as a sole commercial, financial, and administrative representative, changing and pivoting the startup to basically survive and innovate. Following a quick growth and expanding Decora's solutions to the biggest retailers in the world, Decora was acquired by CreativeDrive in 2018 in one of the biggest acquisitions in Brazil for 2018. Within CreativeDrive, Gustavo acted as CEO of Latam Region and increased its company value by diversifying the portfolio around the world. In 2020, he joined another round of acquisition, helping CreativeDrive sell its business for Accenture. Nowadays, Gustavo is a big enthusiast of web3 technologies and co-founded Alma DAO, one of the most relevant DAO's in Brazil with the goal to help accelerate new web3 technologies in Brazil.
